Returns Policy

We take great care to ensure that your Toffeln footwear reaches you safely. We hope that you're happy with your purchase.

If you wish to return the item(s) you've purchased online, it's easy and there is no postage cost to you. Simply either call our customer service team on 0345 500 4433 or email returns@toffeln.com.

You'll need to tell us your original web order number, which you will find on the email that was sent to you when you placed your order. All we ask is that the items must be in their original condition and that you return them within 28 days of delivery.

As soon as we receive your request, one of our team will send you a returns note by email, which will include a Freepost address to which you return the item(s), so you don't need to pay for the postage.

Once your items are received back to our warehouse, your refund will be issued using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Alternatively, if you have requested another product in exchange, it will be despatched at this time.

If you wish to cancel an order you have not yet received, please call 0345 500 4433, quoting your web order number and one of our customer service team will process your request.
